The creators of Codobot called on Quimesis' engineers to optimise their prototype with a view to launching an industrialised and marketable version of this robot designed to teach coding to youngsters. Quimesis reworked the robot's electronics and mechanics, as well as its design by Judicaël Cornu, who has already collaborated on other projects such as Keemotion.

Several schools and training centres already have the chance to play and learn with Codobot. This is the case of the school "L'espérance", which is also a specialised school, and which uses the Codobot robot to work on different themes.
