The creators of Codobot called upon Quimesis ' engineers to optimize their prototype in order to launch an industrialized and marketable version of this robot designed to teach coding to young people. Quimesis reworked the electronics and mechanics of the robot as well as its design by Judicaël Cornu who has already collaborated on other projects such as Keemotion.

Several schools and training centres already have the chance to play and learn with Codobot. This is the case of the school "L'espérance", which is also a specialised school, and which uses the Codobot robot to work on different themes.
