Your Responsibilities
As Business Development Manager, you will report to the Quimesis Management Team. You will grow Quimesis’s business in the Benelux region by identifying new opportunities in engineering, R&D, and industrial subcontracting. Working closely with the Steliau Group’s internal and international teams, you will turn these opportunities into concrete projects.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
• Define and implement the sales strategy for your region, in line with Quimesis’ growth objectives.
• Develop a B2B client portfolio with industrial players such as OEMs, EMS providers, and manufacturing companies.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in R&D, product design, industrialization, and subcontracting.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation through to contract signing.
• Coordinate awarded projects by monitoring stakeholders, deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Collaborate with the group’s local and international teams to develop commercial and technical synergies.
• Monitor the market and competition to adapt the sales approach and identify new growth drivers
Your Profile
• You are an engineer in electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics, or have equivalent experience.
• You have at least 5 years of sales experience in a technical or industrial B2B environment.
• You are skilled in selling services related to R&D, engineering, industrialization, or industrial subcontracting.
• You understand the development cycles of an industrial product, from design to industrialization.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a strong focus on results.
• You are curious, passionate about technology and innovation, and enjoy long-term collaborations.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch, and have a professional level of English.
